Two apps for people who run their own business.
SoloOps OS runs a field-service day. SoloOps CO runs an appointment book. Both are built so you can see what the software is doing, and nothing important happens without your say-so.
Who we are
SoloOps is a small company in London, Kentucky, built and run by its founder. I'm Rachel. Watching my friend work hard to operate his own lawn care service, I could see the potential he had and the limit his notebook was putting on him. With his help, we created SoloOps OS, everything he needed to run his own mobile business. The app does the administrative work for him so he can focus on his craft.
SoloOps CO is the sister app for other client-based services. Both apps are designed to be the administrator for any small client-based business.
SoloOps is committed to scaling with your business, so let us know what you need. Email us at any time for help or feedback at hello@usesoloops.com.

What we promise
Four rules every SoloOps app is built on. Each one maps to something you can check.
Nothing important happens without your OK
Booking requests wait for your approval. Messages to your clients go out only after you turn them on. Anything that deletes asks first.
Everything leaves a record
Every meaningful action in the apps, and every action we take in our own admin tools, is written to a permanent audit log: who did it, what it touched, and when.
Your data stays yours
Export your data from inside the app any time. Ask us to delete it and it is deleted. We never sell it.
Nothing fails silently
If something cannot be verified, access is denied rather than quietly allowed. Our systems are monitored around the clock, and we are alerted within minutes if anything is unreachable.
